At Verron, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

🔁 Option 1 – Return the Product
You can return your item within 30 days if it’s unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging. Once received and checked, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Prefer not to return the item? You can keep it and get a 50% discount voucher based on your order total, valid for your next purchase on our website.

How to Start a Return
Send an email to support@verron.store with your order number. We’ll reply with instructions.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a tracked service for your security.
Exchanges
We offer clear size charts on each product page. If you ordered the wrong size, return the item at your cost. Once we receive it, we’ll send the correct size. Return shipping fees are not refunded.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has started, due to our automated fulfilment system. If there’s an issue, contact us immediately.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds
