1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website verron.store by consumers and businesses.

Note: Verron operates exclusively online and has no physical retail location.
The product presentation in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon confirmation via email or upon delivery of the goods.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT as required by UK law. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
4. Payment
Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or other methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
5. Delivery

6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. For businesses, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery. We accept full liability for intent and gross negligence.
